Jan Ting

Jan Ting was a Center Board Member from 2012 until he retired in 2023. From 2003 to 2011 he served as a Center Fellow. He is a former Assistant Commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. He is currently Professor of Law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Oberlin College, and received his M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii.
