Board Member
Mr. Barnett became a Board Member of the Center in 2024, having previously served as a Fellow since 2003. He gained his expertise in immigration and refugee policy during an assignment in the U.S.S.R. while employed with the USAID. Mr. Barnett received an MBA from State University of New York. He is also an application software developer and has worked for Unisys, Goldman Sachs, and Deloitte Consulting.
