2015 Katz Award Ceremony Summary
Neil Munro, formerly with The Daily Caller, is the 2015 recipient of the Eugene Katz Award for Excellence in the Coverage of Immigration. The award, presented annually by the Center for Immigration Studies, highlights good reporting on a topic where herd thinking and unquestioned assumptions are the norm.
Stephen Miller, Director of Communications for Senator Jeff Sessions, said in his keynote speech, “Neil, unlike so many of the people who cover immigration, provides the context and provides the language and provides the information that makes it possible to understand” the complex immigration issue.
