Jason Peña
Former Research Associate
Jason Pena was a Research Associate for the Center for Immigration Studies. Mr. Pena is a native Spanish speaker and observed Spanish-language media sources. Mr. Pena translated his findings, providing information on the impacts immigration and crime that occur in Latin America.
Prior to joining CIS, Mr. Pena interned on Capitol Hill assisting on research on legislative issues ranging from Judiciary, Immigration, Second Amendment, and Latin American Foreign Policy.
Mr. Pena graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
