The following is a screenshot of part of an August 21 press release from the Department of Homeland Security regarding FEMA funds allocated to various entities to cope with the costs of illegal aliens arriving in the U.S.

Two thoughts:
- I suppose if you tell the computer to alphabetize a list it will do so, after all “T”, as in “total”, comes after “S”, as in “St. John Parish”; and
- Secondly, at least in this tranche, New York City is getting a huge portion of these FEMA funds.
