Mark Krikorian and Laura Reiff debated the amount of specialized visas offered to seasonal workers, if that amount should be changed, and Congress' reaction to the issue. Advocates say the workers are needed, especially in the spring and summer months, to fill the gap for Americans who are not willing to do the work. Opponents say employers pay these workers lower wages and provide no benefits.
