Kausha Luna

Former Research Associate

As a Research Associate for the Center for Immigration Studies, Kausha Luna, a native Spanish speaker, monitored Spanish-language news sources. Ms. Luna translated this information, publishing blogs that allowed the public to understand foreign perspectives on U.S. immigration policy.

Prior to joining CIS, Ms. Luna cultivated research skills interning for Live58. She also spent significant time in Peru researching international development. Most recently she has contributed to Independent Journal Review.

Ms. Luna earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South: Sewanee and completed a master’s degree from the George Washington University.
