Research Associate

Mr. Redding joined CIS in 2005, after having worked previously for FDIC, the Bureau of National Affairs, and CACI-International. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. in Biology. Mr. Redding earned a legal assistant certificate from The George Washington University, and an M.A. in Management – Not-for-Profit Management from the University of Maryland University College.
